Today we made applesauce. We used 6 Fuji apples, a little bit of sugar, water and cinnamon. While we were preparing the applesauce we cut open an apple and saw the star. They made me take a picture. Then we put all the ingredients in a crock pot and let it cook. This afternoon we mashed it and had warm applesauce and apple pie. Then we voted on our favorites: apples, apple sauce, or apple pie. They liked regular apples the best.
